ANNOUNCEMENT: Darwen Trials Club will organise an Open Trial for solo motorcycles, held under the Sporting Code of the AMCA, Standing Regulations, the following Supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions issued for the meeting.
Please take the time to carefully read any specific Safety Procedures produced by Darwen Trials Club which form part of the Supplementary Regulations. There will also be a Riders Briefing which all riders must attend ten minutes before the official start time.

ELIGIBILITY: This trial will be an Open trial.

START / VENUE: 1400/2pm at South Hollingworth Farm, Walsden - OL14 6QY


SatNav: OL14 7SN - Walsden Post Office, Rochdale Road. From the Post Office, follow Birks Road, then Hollingworth Lane uphill to the venue. The lane is narrow and steep with a tight hairpin bend. Please show consideration for local residents.

No practising on this land without the permission of the landowner.

ENTRIES: Entry will be available through this website.

ENTRY LIMIT: This event has a limited entry of 60 entries. In the event of the limit being exceeded, entries will be selected in order of receipt of payment. Entrants will be informed by email once their entry is confirmed.

ENTRY FEES: Adult - £20, Under 16 – £10

RESULTS: Will be published on the trialmonster.uk website

COURSE: Will comprise one or more laps of a course all on private land. No practising on this land before or after the event. The number of laps and sections will be announced at a riders’ briefing immediately before the event start.

COURSES: Hard Novice, Novice, 50/50, Easy

CLASSES: Adult, Youth

METHOD OF MARKING & TIES: A machine will be deemed to be in the section when the front wheel has passed the Section Begins card and marks will be awarded until the back wheel has passed the Section Ends card. 0, 1, 2, 3, 5 system - Ties decided by most cleans, ones, twos, threes, furthest clean
