ANNOUNCEMENT: Darwen Trials Club will organise an Open Trial for solo motorcycles, held under the Sporting Code of the AMCA, Standing Regulations, the following Supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions issued for the meeting.
Please take the time to carefully read any specific Safety Procedures produced by Darwen Trials Club which form part of the Supplementary Regulations. There will also be a Riders Briefing which all riders must attend ten minutes before the official start time.
ELIGIBILITY: This trial will be an Open trial.

START / VENUE: 2pm at Warmden Quarry, Kings Highway, Accrington - BB5 2DL
DIRECTIONS:
From the M65 Leave the M65 at Junction 8 (signposted Bury, Manchester A56), take the exit for the A56 and travel towards Haslingden for approximately 2 miles. Leave this road when you see a sign for Mitchell's House WTW. Park through the gate. From Haslingden Follow the A56 towards the M65 motorway. After passing the roundabout at Rising Bridge, you will pass Warmden Quarry to your right as you drop down towards the M65. Keep on the A56 until you come to a roundabout at Huncoat. Leave the A56 here then follow the signs to rejoin it in the opposite direction. As you climb the hill you will see a sign marked 'Mitchells House WTW'. Leave the road here and park beyond the cattle grid.
At the landowner's request, please do NOT start engines until you are off the road. No practising on this land. Avoid parking on the grassy banks in wet conditions. The access roads are public highways - only fully insured and road legal bikes and riders on them, please.

ENTRY LIMIT: This event has a limited entry of 60 entries. In the event of the limit being exceeded, entries will be selected in order of receipt of payment. Entrants will be informed by email once their entry is confirmed.
ENTRY FEES: Advance online entry fees Adult - £20, Youth – £10
RESULTS: Will be published on the trialmonster.uk website
COURSE: Will comprise one or more laps of a course all on private land. No practising on this land before or after the event. The number of laps and sections will be announced at a riders’ briefing immediately before the event start.
COURSES: Hard Novice, Novice, 50/50, Easy
CLASSES: Adult, Youth
METHOD OF MARKING & TIES: A machine will be deemed to be in the section when the front wheel has passed the Section Begins card and marks will be awarded until the back wheel has passed the Section Ends card. 0, 1, 2, 3, 5 system - Ties decided by most cleans, ones, twos, threes, furthest clean
No riding on the access road unless you are road legal.
The landowner owner has asked for a Silent start. No riding/starting bikes till after the riders briefing.
If wet please don't park on the grass banks.
